Please send us the data plate numbers from your car(s)for the registry. The serial number plate is on the driver's side door post, the trim code plate is on the engine side of the firewall, and on 1951 and up Kaisers there is a body number plate on the firewall as well. A simple way to copy all these numbers is to hold a white piece of paper firmly against the plate and rub across the paper with a #2 or softer pencil. This will transfer all information from the plate to the paper which can be mailed with this form.
